Open Gov Hack Night (organized by Open City)
Come join a group of passionate folks working at the intersection of open government, cities, and technology. This will be an evening of civic tech hacking.
This week, we're doing a quick R tutorial. R is the leading programming language for statistics and data visualization.
Demo dataset: NYC High School SAT scores
This event, organized by civic tech group Open City, is for those who want to:
- get work done on open gov projects
- start a new project, or find one to join (non-coders very welcome!)
- bounce ideas and get help from tech and gov experts
